Introducing our latest project – a brand new concept that allows you to enjoy your own forest right in your backyard! Our unique project provides you with the opportunity to immerse yourself in nature and enjoy a range of amenities that are sure to refresh you from the hectic pace of daily life.
Our inspiration for this project came from our deep love for Chennai – a city that has given us so much over the years. As natives of the city, we have witnessed its rich history and seen how it has grown and developed over the years. However, we have also noticed the impact of global warming on the city’s climate, with annual maximum average temperatures rising steadily over the past few decades.
As Chennai lovers, we wanted to give back to our city and to nature, which is why we came up with the idea of creating a Miyawaki forest. This unique forest concept helps trees grow denser and faster, while also reducing temperatures by up to 7 degrees Celsius in the surrounding areas. Our project will contain a minimum of 1 lakh trees, with plans to expand to cover the west and north parts of the city.
Our layout project spans 11 acres, with each villa consisting of a minimum of 150 trees and its own private swimming pool. We understand that each customer’s needs are unique, which is why we offer the flexibility to construct villas based on individual requirements.
Our project offers a win-win situation for our customers. Not only can you enjoy a weekend villa now, but it also serves as a great investment opportunity for the future. Chennai has been growing rapidly over the years, with the city’s southern entry point shifting from Guindy to Tambaram and now to Mahendra City and Chengalpattu. The suburban investment of the city is skyrocketing, with prices in Padalam expected to increase by at least 10 times in the next 15 years. Our layout is DTCP approved, which means that our plots will be valued highly in the future.
